Everyone should at least have their Arena season 1 gear to start raiding. If u have gear that does not meet those stat you should work on it. Arena gear is gettable by doing some pvp. A good week of pvp should get you all the stuff u need to be usefull to your group. Here's a good tip for people who does not know how to play there class, Learn it ! Otherwise you'll only get people mad when you group up with them.
